Talk to the app team.
For generation issues, access problems or questions about a feature, use the publisher's contact page. Include your app version, device model and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or sensitive personal images.

Know what you are buying.
The Android listing states that a paid subscription is required for generation. Before buying, check the current price, renewal terms, available models and usage limits in the app. This website does not offer checkout or sell subscriptions.
For subscriptions billed through Google Play, open Google Play with the account used for the purchase. Go to your profile, Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions. Select Flashloop to manage or cancel the subscription. Uninstalling an app does not cancel a subscription.
Request a refund through the right channel.
For a purchase billed by Google Play, use Google Play's refund request process. Eligibility depends on the transaction, timing, region and applicable policies or consumer law. Approval is not guaranteed by this website.
Keep your purchase receipt available. A refund request and subscription cancellation are separate actions. If a refund is approved, access or entitlements may change under the store and app's rules; contact the publisher about any discrepancy.
Google Play refund policies and requests
For purchases made through another payment provider, contact that provider or the publisher. Check the publisher's terms; mandatory consumer protections still apply.
Account and data deletion.
The publisher's privacy policy says you can delete individual generations in the app and delete your account from the app's settings. Open Flashloop, go to settings and look for account deletion. Labels may vary with app versions. Cancel an active subscription separately before deleting the account.
Deleting an account does not necessarily erase every record. The publisher describes retention of some de-identified generation and usage information, as well as necessary payment records. Read its current privacy policy for the full details.
For help finding the account control or requesting access to or deletion of personal data, contact the publisher. This website cannot delete your account or app data.
Make it thoughtfully.
Use material you own or have permission to use. Obtain appropriate consent for people's likenesses, avoid misleading impersonation and review AI-generated material before publishing. Results may be inaccurate or unexpected.
